At HouseOfCabinet.com we offer you free FREE Freight Shipping for orders over $3,500 (to the 48 contiguous US states except for California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, Utah, Montana ) and give you the option to upgrade shipping methods for an additional price. We want to make sure that you receive our product right on your doorstep at low shipping rates. The minimum cart total minimum for free shipping may be changed and it will be announced on our main home page when it changes.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and a second email when we ship your order.

Shipping price calculate via FedEx shipping program depending on weight. If your order under $3500 and If you have long box 96″ tall, we can contact you for oversize shipping price confirmation. If you qualify for free delivery, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs even if you have an over size item order.

PROCESSING TIMES

  • We operate according to Eastern Standard Time
  • All warehouse related works (preparing order, shipping, assemblying, handling for pickup and etc.) are processing only weekdays
  • Business hours for warehouse related works are only between 09:00am-4:00pm
  • When you give your order we start processing it in 0.5-1 day. Average is 0.5 day.
  • After starting process your RTA order, it takes 3-7 business days to make it ready for shipment. Our average is 4.5 business days.
  • If your order includes any pre-assemble option, then it takes total 5-10 business days to make it ready for shipment. Our average is 6.5 business days.
  • If your order includes any modification option, then it takes total 7-13 business days to make it ready for shipment. Our average is 8.5 business days.
  • When your order is ready for shipment, we request pickup from freight or parcel companies. The freight or parcel carrier companies pickup in 1 business day.
  • After we ship your order, it takes 2.5-7 business days in transit to delivery. Average is 4 business days.
  • Freight companies and parcel carrier companies doesn`t delivery on any weekend days.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for the Free Shipping offer. HI and AK orders are shipped by a freight company. Transit time is 10-14 business days. Add item to your cart to determine shipping costs.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We ship to Canada by freight companies. Transit time is 10-14 business days. At delivery, you will be responsible for all customs charges for your country. When ordering from HouseOfCabinet.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. HouseOfCabinet.com will not be held responsible for any export documentation associated shipping your order outside the US. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Free Shipping only covers order shipment one time. More than one-time shipment for same order maybe need extra cost for partial shipment, claim shipment, damage shipment.

Free shipping does not cover for pre-assemble cabinets. Customer may pay additional shipment fee for pre-assemble order.

ASSEMBLE SHIPPING POLICY

Customers may pay an additional shipping fee for pre-assemble orders.

If any claim or damage in assemble shipment, The houseofcabinet will send only the replacement part that which part is damaged. Houseofcabinet does not support the assembly fees for changing parts.

 Long items shipment via FedEx

96″ long items are oversized when shipped via FedEx.
6″ of the items are cut and shipped via FedEx when they are 90″ long.
In freight shipments, they are shipped with their exact dimensions without any cutting.

FAQ

DOES FREE SHIPPING APPLY TO CANADA AS WELL?

No, unfortunately, orders shipped to Canada do not qualify for free shipping. We ship to Canada using freight companies.

IS THE SHIPPING POLICY THE SAME FOR ALASKA AND HAWAII?

No, for Alaska and Hawaii we use freight companies and therefore cannot provide free shipping.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED SHIPMENT? (FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY)

It is very important that you inspect the merchandise before signing and accepting it. If you notice any damage, then refuse the item and write the information on the delivery receipt. Call our customer service immediately and inform us of the damage. We will send you a replacement or credit you once we get back the original damaged products.

If you accept the merchandise from the carrier without properly inspecting it and discover damage later, it is your responsibility to claim damages from the carrier.

We will send you only the replacement parts for unassemble or pre-assemble orders when your claim is approved.
